Preparation: Rincer les haricots à l'eau froide (Facultatif : faire tremper 1h maximum). A la casserole : Mettre 1 volume de haricots dans 3 volumes d'eau froide. Après ébullition, laisser mijoter 1h à 1h30 à feu doux. Saler en fin de cuisson et égoutter. A l'autocuiseur : Mettre 1 volume de haricots pour 3 volumes d'eau froide. Après chuchotement de la soupape, laisser cuire 45 minutes à feu doux. Saler en fin de cuisson et égoutter.
